배큠브레이커 (Vacuum Breaker)
용도 (Use)
쇼트에어브라스팅 작업장에 흩어진 쇼트볼 회수설비(진공회수설비)에 조립하여,
필요 이상의 진공압력이 발생할 경우 외부로부터 공기를 공급하여 진공을 해제함으로써 설비가 찌그러지는 것을 방지하는 밸브이다.
특히 운전 시 소음이 심한 기존 제품에 비하여 소음이 현저히 낮다.

This valve is assembled to the shot ball recovery unit (vacuum recovery unit) in the shot-air blasting workplace.
It prevents facilities from being crushed under excessive vacuum pressure and reduces the vacuum pressure by supplying air.
In particular, it is far lower than conventional systems in terms of noise.

설비의 용량에 따라 현장에 맞게 설정하여 광범위하게 사용할 수 있다. 설정 시 아이볼트를 시계 반대 방향으로 회전시키고,
커버를 열어 스프링 조임 너트를 이용하여 조절할 수 있다.
It can be applied to various sectors by rotating the eye bolt counterclockwise depending
on the system capacity and adjusting the spring nuts.

압력을 조정하고자 할 경우, 커버 너트 3EA를 풀어 조정한다.
Adjust the pressure by unscrewing three cover nuts.
